The firm's mergers and acquisitions contingent generated a high level of support. All five hail from the Dallas office, where they make a formidable team. Managing partner of the office, Glenn West's "exceptional" skills as a corporate lawyer were highly praised. Michael Saslaw's experience in the media, real estate and retail sectors were admired and Mary Korby's international scope and impressive client list, which includes American Airlines and Millenium Chemicals were noted among her peers. Jay Tabor rounds off the firm's representation. Like Korby he has represented American Airlines and has also acted for Wal-Mart Stores.
Three lawyers stood out in the research for corporate governance, demonstrating the high level of competence and commitment that led to the firm's winning the ‘Who's Who Legal Corporate Governance Law Firm of the Year' award for the past three years.
