The firm’s capital markets team is involved in multiple high-end debt and equity transactions in both Singapore and Hong Kong. Two partners are included in the capital markets chapter. Crawford Brickley is head of the Asian capital markets group and gives advice on US law, especially in the areas of corporate finance and US securities matters. Joan Janssen’s “extensive experience” in REITs and equity, debt and asset-backed securities was noted by her peers, and she acts for underwriters and issuers in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.
With over 15 years’ experience in the Asian markets, managing partner Philip Rapp is recognised as a leader in two chapters of this publication.
