Rogers & Hardin in Who's Who Legal: Georgia
Edward Hardin and Steven Fox cement the firm’s profile in the M&A and Corporate Governance chapters. Hardin, a founding partner of the firm, is said by his peers to be “a very capable, superlative lawyer” and “as good as it gets” for both domestic and cross-border transactional M&A work. It is for his corporate governance practice, however, that the “outstanding” Hardin really stands out as the chapter’s most nominated practitioner – he is reportedly “one of the senior members of the corporate governance bar”. Fox is also noted as “one of the best in the city” and considered “a very solid performer” in M&A matters. Hunter Hughes III is Georgia’s leading management, labour and employment lawyer. Described as “top-shelf … one of the best in the country”. His skill in alternative dispute resolution won him nomination to the Arbitration chapter, where fellow practitioners rate him a “star”.
