McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP in Who's Who Legal: Georgia

The firm can pride itself on the nomination of Clay Long, its founding partner and former co-chairman, who features in three chapters – only one other lawyer matches this performance. Long ranked highly in the arbitration, corporate governance and M&A chapters and was praised across the board as “dean of the corporate bar” in Georgia. He is president of the Georgia Arbitrators Forum and known as a “very good and very knowledgeable” arbitrator. Insolvency and restructuring is an area where the firm performed well, with two partners on the list.

Charles Campbell, who represents trustees, debtors and creditors, was tipped by a fellow nominee as “top-tier and maybe the best in town”. Mark Kaufman was also described as “top-tier” and “very bright”, with a varied practice representing secured creditors, lenders, investors, and committees as well as debtors in chapter 11 cases.
