Biography: Mergers and Acquisitions
Chris Sunt is a leading corporate and financial law practitioner in Belgium. His practice focuses mainly on corporate M&A and capital markets transactions in addition to having renowned expertise in banking and finance work.He studied law at Antwerp and Ghent universities. He obtained his LLM from Harvard Law School in 1980. He has worked as an assistant at Ghent University.
He has been a member of the Brussels Bar since 1980 and speaks Dutch, English and French.
He is deputy judge at the Court of Appeals of Brussels.
