Biography: Commercial Litigation

Davinder Singh SC is CEO of leading Singapore law firm Drew & Napier LLC.

His extensive practice encompasses banking, corporate, commercial, defamation, fraud, insolvency, intellectual property, negligence, tort and trust claims. He is instructed by Singapore and foreign parties, international law firms, heads of state and government, and Fortune 500 companies. During the recent global financial crisis, he was appointed to advise Singapore's central bank on certain issues arising from the bankruptcy proceedings against Lehman Brothers.

Chambers Asia named him 'the gold standard', 'an extremely gifted advocate' who is 'very much the lead litigator among the Singaporeans'. One source added that his advocacy is 'smooth as silk – he's a pleasure to listen to and has the substance to back it up.'
