Biography: Real Estate

Dr Wolfram Pätzold is a partner at P+P Pöllath + Partners since 2011. He specialises in complex real estate transactions, real estate finance, project development as well as joint ventures and represents major funds and corporations. He is internationally renowned for his real estate expertise.

Wolfram has been practising real estate law since 1996 and was a partner at a major international law firm. He admitted to the German bar in 1996 and studied law in Heidelberg and Lausanne/Switzerland.

P+P is an internationally operating law firm with 33 partners and nearly 100 attorneys and tax advisors focusing entirely on legal and tax advice for M&A-transactions (buyouts, private equity, venture capital), corporate, real estate, private client and asset management.
