Ulrike Gantenberg advises German and international clients in corporate law, and M&A transations, mostly with a cross-border aspect. She has advised in large numbers of M&A transactions, inter alia, relating to energy, telecommunication, automotive and service industries.
As to her arbitration practice, she acts as counsel and arbitrator (sole arbitrator, chairman and co-arbitrator) in international arbitration proceedings (ad hoc, DIS, ICC, LCIA etc.) in particular on post M&A, corporate and construction disputes. She is a frequent speaker on issues of international arbitration and international private law at international events and conferences.
Ulrike Gantenberg regularly publishes on arbitration and corporate issues and is a member in several arbitration organisations. She is co-chair of DIS 40 (German Institution of Arbitration) and member of the working group for alternative dispute resolution of the German Bar Association.
