Bradley D Howard is a partner in the investment products and derivatives practice group in Chicago. His principal areas of practice are securities and futures-related funds and corporate transactions, including related regulatory matters. Mr Howard regularly advises and represents clients in domestic and international offerings of hedge funds, fund of funds, public and private commodity pools, structured derivative transactions and private equity funds.Mr Howard received his JD from Stanford Law School in 1998 and his AB (with honours, Phi Beta Kappa) from University of Chicago in 1995. He is admitted in Illinois.
