Mr Jiang also has many years experience working in leading international law firms in China (White & Case in 1998-2000; and O'Melveny & Myers in 2001-2004). Prior to joining the private sector, he served at the legal advisor in Chinese government.
He has advised clients in the largest international airlines merger involving China antitrust issues; advised a top brand auto producer in China trade remedy investigations; and advised major world class steel mills involving China and US trade remedy investigations. He has also represented clients in major hard drive industry involving China antitrust issues.
He attended Washington College of Law at American University to complete his LLM in 1998 and attained his LLB from the University of International Business & Economics in 1994.
He was admitted to the bar in New York and is also a member of the American Bar Association, and New York Bar Association.
He has published Trade Remedy-Antidumping by China Law Publishing Company, China Trade Law & Practice, by Cameron May and U.S. 337 Investigation by China Invention & Patent.
He speaks Mandarin Chinese and English.
