He lectures at the University of Zurich, as well as at various postgraduate programmes in intellectual property law, contract law and unfair competition law.
Mathis Berger is the chief editor of sic! the leading Swiss review on intellectual property, information and competition law. He is engaged as a speaker at conferences on topics in the fields of intellectual property, information technology and competition law. He has published numerous articles concerning these areas of law. As the managing director of the Swiss Forum for Communications Law (SF-FS), Mathis Berger also organises and leads conferences and discussions in the aforementioned areas.
