Martin is representing arrangers and lenders active in the region as well as borrowers/issuers in transactional work in Austria and CEE. He has a proven track record in respect of many different types of debt restructurings and non-recourse financings, including project, acquisition and asset-based financing. In addition, Martin is Austrian counsel to ISDA, the Bundesverband deutscher Banken eV and the Britisch Bankers' Asscociation on issues of close-out netting and advises numerous banks on derivatives transactions (including collateral structures) with Austrian and Central European counterparties.
