Mr Rosenberg has more than 30 years experience as an advocate in business and administrative law matters. His practice involves him in matters before all levels of court, administrative tribunals, and government agencies.
As part of his advocacy practice, Mr Rosenberg regularly acts as a mediator and sometimes as an arbitrator in commercial and regulatory disputes. He has been involved in many insolvency files including: Algoma Steel, Air Canada, Ivaco, Stelco, ABCP, Fraser and Nortel.
From 1985 to 1988 Mr Rosenberg worked for three different ministries in the Ontario government as an executive assistant to the minister the Ministry of Consumer and Commercial Relations, the Ministry of Financial Institutions and the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Technology.
Mr Rosenberg often speaks on legal matters at professional and business conferences, including training of lawyers and judges. He has lectured at a number of universities including: The Harvard Law School Course on Mediation; Osgoode Hall Law School; University of Toronto; and, York University's School of Business. He is a director of public and private companies and active with a number of charities.
