Biography: Corporate Tax

Luís Rogério G Farinelli is a partner in the direct tax area, and focuses his practice on income tax, with an emphasis on tax planning, structuring of mergers and acquisitions, transfer pricing, foreign investments and corporate reorganisations, on a national and international level.

He is a graduate from Universidade Paulista (2006), is a postgraduate in Tax Law from Instituto Brasileiro de Estudos Tributários - USP (2000), and also graduated in Business Administration (1990) and in Business and Accounting (1988). He is a professor of Tax Law at Instituto Trevisan.

Luís Rogério G Farinelli is a speaker in conferences and seminars in Brazil and abroad, and is the author of several articles on domestic and international taxation published in local and foreign publications. He is a member of the International Bar Association, the International Fiscal Association, and the National Association of Finance, Business Administration and Accounting executives. He is a member of the executive committee of the Latin American Tax and Legal Network – LATAXNET.

Luís Rogério G Farinelli has been working in the tax area since 1986.
