Daniel is involved in intricate corporate and international tax planning and has broad experience in a wide range of complex tax rulings, reorganisations, tax assessments and disputes, including negotiations with the Israeli tax authorities. Additionally, he specialises in the taxation of trusts and estates, and provides tax planning guidance for high net worth individuals.
In addition to his tax expertise, Mr Paserman leads the firm's fund formation practice and has advised private equity funds in a variety of transactions. Mr Paserman also has extensive experience in worldwide M&A transactions and has represented some of the leading Israeli corporations in multi-million dollar transactions, both in Israel and abroad.
Mr Paserman frequently lectures at Israel's finest academic institutions and major conventions and is also the author of several legal publications. He is a member of the tax committee of the Israeli Bar Association and of the tax committee of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel (Tel Aviv district).
Mr Paserman is listed as a leading tax lawyer by Chambers Global, Legal 500 and The International Who's Who of Corporate Tax Lawyers, and as a leading Trusts and Estates practitioner in the Expert Guides.
