Michael Kramer, born 1965, received his degrees from the University of Fribourg (lic iur, summa cum laude) in 1991 and from the University of Chicago Law School (LLM) in 1999. He was admitted to the bar in Switzerland in 1992.
Michael Kramer is the author of various articles in the area of international litigation and arbitration. His most recent publications focus on the new Swiss Code of Civil Procedure.
