Mr Gonzalez-Bendiksen writes and speaks widely on domestic and international tax topics. He co-authored the section on Mexico in CCH's International Transfer Pricing Laws and directed and co-authored CCH's Mexican Tax Guide. He is the editor of Practical Mexican Tax Strategies published by World Tax Executives, Inc.
He is a member of the International Fiscal Association, where he was president of the Colombia chapter, wrote a national report on Tax Treatment of Computer Software and was a member of the discussion panels at the annual congresses of Amsterdam (1988) and Delhi (1997). He is also a member of the Precedents and Legislation Committee and the Transfer Pricing Committee of IFA Mexico. He is an honourary member of the Colombian Institute of Tax Law.
Mr González Béndiksen is regularly listed as a top tax advisor by the major international tax publications.
He received an LLB from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Mexico in 1970, an MCJ from New York University and an LLB from ICFES in Colombia, South America, and is admitted to practice in Mexico and Colombia.
Mr. González Béndiksen speaks Spanish, English and Italian.
