Regina Lynch obtained her law degree from the University of São Paulo School of Law in 1976. She obtained her degree of Master of Laws at Columbia University School of Law, New York, in 1978.
Regina Lynch is the previous chair of the aviation law committee of the International Bar Association. She is also an active member of the aircraft financing subcommittee of the American Bar Association.
Regina Lynch is co-author of the chapter on Brazilian Law in Aircraft Finance: Registration, Mortgages and Leasing, edited by Sweet & Maxwell, a regularly updated loose-leaf publication. She is also the co-author of the chapter on Brazilian law in Aircraft Repossession and Enforcement, Kluwer, 2009. She often speaks about aircraft finance at the IBA and ABA conferences, as well as other specialised industry events.
