Denys Rabomizo specialises in international arbitration, litigation, maritime and contract law. He completed LLM degrees at the Odessa National Maritime Academy (with honours) and in International Maritime Law Institute in Malta.Denys Rabomizo has been recommended by Who's Who Legal CIS 2010 as a one of the leading lawyers in the field of shipping.
His recent work includes representation of Illichivsk Shipyard LLC in London Court of international arbitration; representation of JSSC Ukrrichflot in dispute against Wadan Yards Okean, regarding construction of the vessels in Arbitration in Oslo; as counsel in the STIOMI Holding against BISO (Austria) in LCIA in the dispute on the provision of agricultural machines and equipment.
Denys Rabomizo is a member of the Nautical Institute, Ukrainian Maritime Bar Association and the International Bar Association and Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He speaks English, Russian and Ukrainian.
