His dispute resolution practice concentrates on litigation and arbitration, with particular emphasis on multi-jurisdictional disputes. He has been active in complex international litigation and arbitration matters in various industries such as telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, energy, commodity trading, nutrition, international construction and shipping.
Born in 1970, Marc Veit was educated at the University of St Gallen (lic iur 1997; Dr oec 1999) and UC Berkeley, USA (visiting scholar, 1998). Before joining Walder Wyss, he was partner in a major law firm in Zurich. Marc Veit teaches international arbitration at the University of Fribourg.
