Maxim Kulkov has extensive experience in domestic and international litigation and arbitration on investments, contractual disputes, IP disputes, international trade, conflict of laws, jurisdictional disputes and competition law issues. Maxim represents client' interests at domestic forums at all levels and before prominent commercial arbitration institutions, such as the ICC, LCIA and SCC.Maxim has participated in solving complex legal problems in the telecommunications, energy and motor industries, FMCG manufacturing and distribution.
