Peter's practice also includes several listed and unlisted issues of capital for banks and insurance companies (tier-one and tier-two issues), including issues of hybrid tier-one capital for Austrian banks. Peter is also active in other fields of banking law, such as acquisition, project and asset finance, cash-pooling arrangements and mortgaged loans. He advises Austrian and foreign investment funds and asset managers on Austrian investment fund law (including regulatory aspects). His experience also includes mergers and acquisitions of banks as well as corporate finance and public tender offers. Peter graduated from the University of Vienna (Dr iur 1984) and thereafter earned a postgraduate degree from the University of Virginia (LLM 1986). He is a member of the Vienna Bar.
