Ricardo Tosto is one of the most prominent leaders and strategists in Brazilian legal practice today. He founded Leite, Tosto e Barros in 1991 and the firm soon became one of the largest law firms in Brazil.He has worked on the defense of many public personalities and companies in nationally known cases. Mr Tosto has provided legal services to large and important Brazilian corporations and multinationals, politicians of different ideological views, and the government. He has also provided pro bono services to non-governmental organisations.
He is very sensitive to both the legal and ethical boundaries of his profession and understands first-hand the very stressful and tense situations of his clients.
