Biography: Project Finance
Mr Vickers advises clients on a range of corporate finance transactions, including project finance, structured finance and mergers and acquisitions in international and cross-border markets, particularly Latin America.He is listed as a leading lawyer in several industry publications, including Chambers Latin America: Latin America's Leading Lawyers for Business and Law Business Research's Who's Who Legal: Brazil.
Mr Vickers joined Davis Polk in 2011. He was a partner at Mayer Brown from 2008 to 2011 and an associate from 2007 to 2008. He was an associate at Clifford Chance from 1999 to 2007.
Mr Vickers received his LLB with merit from the University of the West of England, Bristol, in 1997. He is admitted to practice in England and Wales.
