Biography: Oil and Gas

Elizabeth (Lizzie) Molino is a member of Cogan & Partners LLP, a law firm focused on assisting clients with international projects and business transactions, particularly in the energy sector. Lizzie primarily represents clients in upstream oil and gas transactions, with a focus on acquisitions and divestitures of oil and gas properties, shale development ventures, and LNG project development. She has experience negotiating and drafting a broad spectrum of agreements, including purchase and sale agreements, joint operating agreements, joint venture agreements, exploration and development agreements, seismic acquisition agreements and other agreements related to the development of oil and gas assets in domestic and foreign jurisdictions.

Lizzie graduated from Princeton University where she studied in the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs. She holds her law degree from the University of Virginia and is licensed to practice law under the New York and Texas state bars. Prior to law school, Lizzie worked as a legal assistant in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Lizzie serves on the advisory board of the Institute for Energy Law.
