Mr Dodds specialises in employment contracts, litigation, expatriates, workers compensation, social security and pension funds and labour-related litigation. He also advises clients on collective employee terminations, occupational health and safety matters, collective bargaining agreements, union negotiations and special civil litigation on product liability cases.
In addition to his practice, Mr Dodds has written several articles for the firm's Global Labour, Employment and Employee Benefits Bulletin as well as the International Company and Commercial Law Review. Mr Dodds is an active lecturer on labour and employment law in Latin America, the United States of America and Europe.
Mr Dodds is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association; Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Argentina; American Chamber of Commerce in Argentina; and the Australian Chamber of Commerce in Argentina. He served as principal board member of the Private Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires from 2004 to 2008.
He was admitted to practise in the city of Buenos Aires and the province of Buenos Aires in 1990, and received his MCL with honours from the University of Buenos Aires in 1987.
