Guido Kucsko has been a partner at Schoenherr since 1986. He heads the intellectual property group of Schoenherr, a leading legal firm in central and eastern Europe. Guido Kucsko advises clients on developing and implementing IP litigation and prosecution strategies for the entire CEE/SEE region and facilitates the cross-border enforcement of IP rights. The practice has long-standing experience in patent, trademark, design, copyright and unfair competition issues.

Guido Kucsko is the author of Intellectual Property, published in 2003, which has quickly been recognised as a standard publication for that subject in Austria, as well as the author of other publications in the field of competition and intellectual property law.
