His experience covers litigation, advising and licensing in all fields of IP, including enforcement of patents, designs, trademarks and copyright matters, as well as unfair competition, and related business, investment and tax issues. He also has significant experience in technology transfers, business negotiations with Hungarian start-up companies and negotiating licence agreements. He has been involved in foreign investors' Hungarian projects. As part of the firm's patent practice he and his colleagues made several in-house agreements and regulations for the Hungarian research centres relating to the innovation and the inventor's remuneration.
He is the secretary of the Hungarian AIPPI group, board member of the European Patent Lawyers Association, member of the Hungarian IPR and Copyright Association, and a member of the IBA. He is also a member of the group of expert judges and lawyers assisting the EU commission in the setting up of a European and Community Patents Court.
He is an author of several publications, such as the Hungarian chapters in Kluwer's Global Patent Litigation, and BNA's International Patent Litigation, as well as PLC's Life Science Handbook 2009 and 2010.
