Sultan M Al-Abdulla is the founding and managing partner of Sultan Al-Abdulla & Partners, a prominent practice in the State of Qatar, and is licenced to appear before all tiers of court in the state of Qatar. Aside from being nominated in a number of well-known legal directories which include Chambers, Legal500 and Who's Who Legal for his dispute resolution work, Mr Al-Abdulla has been ranked as a leading construction lawyer repeatedly over the past few years.In relation to construction matters specifically, Mr Al-Abdulla has represented and advised local and multinational conglomerates in respect of mega projects and disputes. He is fully conversant with the evolving legal and regulatory regime governing construction work and also participates, with the other partners at the firm, in related conferences and events.
Mr Al-Abdulla has an LLB degree from Beirut Arab University in Lebanon and an LLM degree in International and Comparative Law from Southern Methodist University (US). He is fluent in English and Arabic.
Mr Al-Abdulla is a member of the International Bar Association, the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators, the American Bar Association and Inter Pacific Bar Association.
