Biography: Mergers and Acquisitions

Stephen Lewis is a director at ENS (Edward Nathan Sonnenbergs) and has 34 years experience. He currently practises in the corporate commercial department. He specialises in capital markets, commercial contracts, company law, company sales and purchases. He also specialises in corporate finance, JSE/SRP/Regulatory matters, management buyouts, private equity, takeovers, trusts, estates and estate planning, insider trading, mergers and acquisitions, as well as wills.
