Andrea Mondini graduated from the School of Law of the University of Zurich in 1987 and obtained a Master of Laws from Georgetown University in 1995. He joined Schellenberg Wittmer as an associate in 1992 and also worked as a foreign associate with Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner in Washington, DC. In 2000, he became a partner at Schellenberg Wittmer.
Andrea Mondini has authored and co-authored several publications on intellectual property, information technology, and life sciences, such as the chapter on Switzerland in the International Comparative Legal Guide to Pharmaceutical Advertising. He is a panellist with the World Intellectual Property Organization Arbitration and Mediation Center for Internet Domain Names and is a member of INTA, LES and AIPPI.
