Mr Gregor concentrates in cross-border private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures, including significant matters involving, Ajinomoto, Tokio Marine Holdings, Ripplewood, Aozora Bank, Nikko Cordial Securities, and Morgan Stanley in relation to its joint ventures with Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group.
Mr Gregor has worked on a wide range of securities transactions for US and non-US enterprises and governments, including privatisations and global equity offerings by Aozora Bank, Shinsei Bank, China Unicom, Korea Electric Power, China Steel of Taiwan and CVRD of Brazil. He also advises on high-yield debt and leveraged finance transactions across the Asian region.
Mr Gregor regularly counsels clients on litigation and dispute resolution, FCPA and other investigation or enforcement matters.
Mr Gregor's work highlights include advising on the Webzen merger with NHN Games; the planned merger of equals between Aozora Bank and Shinsei Bank; Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group cross-border investment in Morgan Stanley; Hyosung/Goodyear tyre fabric operations acquisition; Yamanouchi Pharmaceuticals cross-border sales of Bear Creek and Shaklee; Ajinomoto/Unilever East Asia JV dispositions; NCR/Fujitsu strategic alliance; and Tokyo Marine/Nichido Fire SEC-registered share exchange on Form F-4, to name a few.

Mr Gregor received his BA from Stanford University in 1981 and his JD from Columbia Law School in 1986. He is admitted to the State of New York and is Gaikokuho Jimu Bengoshi. He became a partner in 1996.
