Hansberry Competition provides strategic advice and representation in complex competition cases, with an emphasis on cartels. Our services run from conducting audits and competition compliance training for our clients to working on all phases of an investigation and litigation. Ms Hansberry-Biegunska, the head and founder of the firm, is as adept at working with competition authorities and leniency applicants as she is in defending cartel cases and bringing plaintiff damage cases. She also counsels and provides training on litigation strategy and practice.

Ms Hansberry-Biegunska offers unparalleled experience and perspective having worked as a lawyer and senior executive on both sides of the Atlantic. She understands the outlook of regulators from her experience as a senior litigator in the US Department of Justice's antitrust division and as an adviser to several competition authorities in Central Europe. As a general counsel and executive of large media companies, she understands companies' challenges in complying with competition laws. As a senior partner in a leading Polish law firm, she built and led a competition practice team that obtained the first leniency decision in Poland.
