Biography: Capital Markets

Glib Bondar is a partner at Avellum Partners, a leading Ukrainian transactional law firm specialising in corporate finance. The firm practice focuses on antitrust, banking and finance, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, restructurings and tax.

Glib concentrates his practice in the areas of capital markets, banking and finance, securitisation and structured finance, project finance and debt restructuring. Glib has significant experience on various types of credit facilities, securitisation transactions and structured finance, and routinely acts for banks and borrowers in a wide range of banking and finance transactions and international capital markets transactions from Ukraine.

Prior to joining Avellum Partners, Glib was a partner at the Kiev office of international law firm Baker & McKenzie. He has been admitted to practice law in Ukraine since 2000.

Glib Bondar was nominated in the second edition of the Best Lawyers as a lawyer of the year in Ukraine in the area of capital markets.
