During his career, Mr Glover spent three years working in the private equity industry. As operations director for AIFAL, then the second largest private equity manager in Asia, Mr Glover was responsible for the day-to-day operational management for several funds including Asian Infrastructure Fund. He gained further commercial experience as COO of what is now Duke Street Capital, where his role included active fundraising for an LBO fund, which quadrupled funds under management.
Mr Glover has been named 'Private Funds Lawyer of the Year' by Who's Who Legal for each of the years 2008 through 2011. He is a former chair of the IBA private funds committee, was recently identified by Private Equity International as one of the 30 most influential lawyers in private equity and is a member of the board of the Emerging Markets Private Equity Association.
