Philipp H. Windemuth is an international lawyer specialising in foreign investment projects in the Russian Federation, with an emphasis on M&A, real estate and international financing transactions.Over the past 19 years, he has represented leading Russian and multinational companies and financial institutions in their investment projects in the Russian Federation and other CIS countries. During the global recession, he has also successfully represented clients in complex restructuring matters.
He is a graduate of Harvard College and New York University Law School, he speaks native English and German and is fluent in Russian and French.
