Oleksandr has extensive banking and finance experience in different sectors of economy. Oleksandr provides advice to domestic and foreign clients on cross-border transactions and connected regulatory issues. He advised EBRD, Rabobank International, ABN AMRO Bank, Société Générale, Wells Fargo HSBC Trade Bank, Fortis Bank Nederland and other financial institutions on banking and finance issues.
Oleksandr also advises clients on issues related to obtaining permits from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine for concentrations and concerted actions. He also frequently advises clients on issues of protection against unfair competition and different aspects of abuse of monopoly position.
Oleksandr frequently advises clients on intellectual property issues and represents interests of clients in Ukrainian courts and antimonopoly authorities on issues related to the intellectual property rights protection.
Mr Aleksyeyenko also specialises in labour and employment practice. He managed a number of labour and employment matters including preparation and negotiation of labour contracts, advising on redundancy and dismissal of personnel, and represented clients in employment-related disputes.
Oleksandr is frequently quoted in a number of legal and business newspapers and magazines related to banking and finance, competition and intellectual property issues.
Oleksandr graduated from the Kiev International University in 2001.
Oleksandr is fluent in Ukrainian, Russian and English.
