Biography: Corporate Tax

Agnès de l'Estoile-Campi joined the tax department of CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre in 1995 after five years at Ernst and Young. Specialising in international taxation, she handles cases in corporate taxation such as: tax structuring, international tax planning and all cross borders tax issues (such as intra group flows, tax treaty optimisation), mergers and acquisitions and international compensation of executives. She works primarily for French multinationals advising them in their international expansion. From 2007 to 2009, she was based in Sao Paulo, Brazil and developed a strong experience on Franco Brazilian tax matters acting both for French and Brazilian companies. More generally she regularly advises French groups regarding Latin America taxation.

She is a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA), of the International Bar Association (IBA), and of the France/Brazil chamber of commerce both in Sao Paulo and in Paris.

She holds a Masters degree in business law and taxation from the University of Paris II - Assas (1990) and graduated from the Paris Institute for Political Sciences (1988).

In addition to English, Agnès speaks fluent Spanish and Portuguese.
