Katrin's areas of practice include all aspects of collective and individual labour law, especially labour law in the context of restructuring, transactions, share option plans and other benefits, pension schemes, collective bargaining agreements, data protection, contractual matters and contentious labour law. Katrin advises and represents international enterprises, board members, and also other law firms. In the context of acquisitions, she regularly cooperates with numerous M&A boutiques and other international law firms to cover employment law aspects.
Katrin completed her legal education at the Universities of Constance, Cologne and Heidelberg. She holds a law and a doctorate degree from the University of Heidelberg and is admitted to the German Bar. Katrin is the author of various articles and regularly gives talks on collective and individual labour law.
Katrin speaks German and English.
