Greg has acted for and advised clients in relation to class actions or grouped proceedings and other complex litigation in the High Court of Australia, the Federal Court of Australia and the Supreme, Courts of New South Wales and Victoria. He has also acted in matters in a number of specialist jurisdictions including the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, the Dust Diseases Tribunal of New South Wales and the Medicines Australia Code of Conduct Committee. His litigation experience spans product liability claims, commercial disputes, restitutionary claims and equitable remedies. He also appeared as junior counsel in a three-month Federal Court trial in one of the largest product liability class actions in the Asia Pacific.
In the regulatory sphere, Greg advises numerous Australian and overseas pharmaceutical and medical device clients on all aspects of the product life cycle, including regulatory and contractual arrangements for clinical trials, privacy, product registration and reimbursement, advertising disputes, and product safety and recalls.
