Biography: Public Procurement

Denis Chamberland is a business lawyer with 20 years experience dealing with commercial issues related to aerospace and defence, government procurement and infrastructure (eg, hospitals and municipalities). Chambers Global recognises him as one of the leading practitioners in public procurement, crediting him for his "articulate and knowledgeable approach and the high standard of quality in his final product." He is also recognised by Who's Who Legal, in public procurement. Mr Chamberland was a senior executive and Canadian general counsel to a global technology outsourcing company. He currently serves as the head of the Canadian Aerospace and Defence Group.
