Mr Chamberland has advised clients locally, nationally and internationally, having worked significantly in the United States and Europe. He has extensive experience in contracts to engage the private sector in providing traditional 'government'' services (including design-build, operations and maintenance, and facilities management of public sector facilities), as well as drafting and negotiating teaming and contract manufacturing agreements in the aerospace and defence sector.
Mr Chamberland has published over 200 articles on aerospace and defence, procurement, outsourcing, operations and maintenance, and infrastructure projects in many national and international publications, including International Lawyer, National Defense, and Journal of International Banking Law. He writes a regular column in Municipal World (on procurement and infrastructure) and in Canadian Defence Review (on all issues of relevance to the aerospace and defence sector). Mr Chamberland is a sought-after speaker at professional, industry and continuing legal education conferences.
