She regularly advises on immigration compliance issues in mergers, acquisitions and contracting relationships and represents companies in Immigration and Customs Enforcement proceedings. Prior to joining Fragomen as a partner in 2008, Bonnie was a shareholder with Littler Mendelson.

Bonnie is a frequent lecturer and contributor for immigration focused organisations, on topics such as DOL prevailing wage investigations, implications of rule changes governing the employer-employee relationship in the H-1B context, and E-Verify monitoring and tracking developments.
