Anne-Laure Périès began her university studies in Toulouse, where she obtained her first law degree. After a Masters degree in international law, she subsequently carried out her vocational lawyer's training at the Paris Lawyer's School. She has been a practising lawyer since 1997.
She advises on all areas of employment law, both at the collective level (TUPE, collective dismissals, bargaining agreements) and relating to individual issues (such as senior terminations, discrimination).
She is an active member of Ius Laboris international working groups and has written several articles on employment law. As a project manager within Ius Laboris, she is involved in various cross-border projects. She lectures regularly to students both at the university and the lawyer's school of Montpellier.
She is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and of the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA).
She holds a Cambridge diploma in International Legal English (ILEC).
