Mr O'Reilly advises clients with respect to the application of the WARN Act to departmental and plant shutdowns and reductions in force, as well as mass lay-off situations. He has frequently lectured on collective bargaining and grievance administration at Temple University School of Law in Philadelphia.
Mr O'Reilly also has handled public employment relations law, arbitration, pensions and health funds, wage and hour issues, and sports law matters. He represents clients in a variety of fields, including manufacturing, food service, government, trucking, warehousing, specialty schools and professional football.
Mr O'Reilly is listed in The Best Lawyers in America, and in Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business, and is a Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers.
