Mr Dichter has represented employers in litigation with the EEOC, US Department of Labor, and OFCCP at the national and regional levels and has served as counsel for major corporations in numerous industries, law firms, and the State of Oregon in high-profile class actions and other significant employment litigation.
Mr Dichter has been named by the International Who's Who of Business Lawyers as the leading employment lawyer in the world for the past three years. He was named by Human Resources Executive and Lawdragon as one of the 10 most powerful employment attorneys in America and by Lawdragon as one of the 500 Leading Lawyers in America. Chambers USA has consistently listed Mr Dichter in its highest tier stating "peers and clients see him as the go-to lawyer for complex employment litigation".
Mr Dichter is former chair of the ABA labor and employment law section, is a founding fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, and a founding board member of the American Employment Law Council. Mr Dichter regularly speaks at national and international programmes on employment law issues.
Mr Dichter is admitted to practise in Pennsylvania. He is a registered foreign lawyer with the Law Society of England and Wales.
Mr Dichter received his JD in 1969 from Villanova University School of Law, and his BSEE in 1966 from Drexel University.
