Ronnie's contribution to the legal profession includes years of working closely with the Law Society of England and Wales. He has served on the company law committee, the council membership committee, the employment law committee, the advisory group of the law management section and the Law Society remuneration committee.
In 1989 Ronnie received the City of London Solicitors' Company distinguished service award. He was Master of the Company between 1998 and 1999 and continues to sit on the Court.
Ronnie founded the multi disciplinary Association of Partnership Practitioners (www.app.org.uk), and is now an honorary life member of the association. Ronnie is also an active member of the Employment Lawyers' Association and the European Employment Lawyers' Association.
Ronnie regularly attends International Bar Association conferences as a member of the committees on employment and industrial relations law, business organisations, law firm management and professional ethics. Ronnie is chairman of the senior lawyers committee.
He has lectured all over the world on employment, partnership and management topics and made many broadcasts on radio and television. In November 2008, Ronnie gave evidence to the Treasury Select Committee investigating the banking crisis. Ronnie was the only male speaker at the April 2010 IBA World Women Lawyers Conference. Ronnie is frequently quoted in the legal and national press. His published work includes well over 100 articles.
Ronnie is general counsel to Parkatmyhouse.com and sits on the Pall Mall committee of the Royal Automobile Club.
