An expert in all the legal aspects of employer/employee relations, Pascal Lagoutte began his career in 1984 after graduating from the Montpellier Law School and the National Foundation of Labour Law. He advises on individual and collective employee relations, executive management, social security, health and safety, restructuring and immigration issues. His firm, Capstan, has a bilingual team of lawyers dedicated to assisting international companies in these areas, as well as a department of specialists dedicated to tax law.
A frequent writer and speaker on these subjects, Pascal Lagoutte has published numerous articles on labour law topics in the specialised press, and regularly gives presentations designed to inform HR specialists. He is a lecturer on employment law at the university.
Pascal Lagoutte sits on the boards of the ETHIC organisation and ASTREES (Labour Employment & Europe Association). He is also a member of the IBA (International Bar Association) and EELA (European Employment Lawyers Association).
