Recent matters handled by Mr Bischke include: representing companies in the European Commission's chloroprene rubber, marine hose, sanitary fittings and CRT cartel investigations, representing a German foodstuff producer in antitrust proceedings by the German Federal Cartel Office, representing SPAR Austria in its appeal against the European Commission's clearance regarding the acquisition of ADEG by REWE before the General Court and representing Brambles regarding its acquisition of IFCO System.
