Biography: Competition

Jonathan Gleklen's antitrust practice encompasses civil litigation, government investigations, counselling and transactional matters with a particular focus on antitrust and intellectual property issues affecting clients in high technology industries. He was one of four Americans identified by Global Competition Review as among the "world's 40 brightest young antitrust lawyers and economists" in its "40 Under 40" issue and has been ranked by publications including The International Who's Who of Competition Lawyers and Economists, Chambers USA and PLC's Competition Law Handbook.

Mr Gleklen frequently speaks and writes on antitrust subjects. He currently serves as the editorial chair of the forthcoming 7th edition of Antitrust Law Developments, the leading two-volume antitrust treatise. Previously, he served on the editorial board of Antitrust Law Developments (6th edition 2007) and as the editorial chair of the 2003 Annual Review of Antitrust Law Developments, an annual supplement to the fifth edition of the treatise. Mr Gleklen also served for almost a decade on the editorial board of the Antitrust Law Journal, serving as chair in 2008 and 2009. He earned his JD from the University of Chicago Law School and his BA from Yale University.
