Daniela is well-known by her familiarity with many institutes and agreements pertaining to international oil practice, namely unitisation, JOA and farm-in/farm-out agreements, as well as contracts pertaining to international offshore practice, such as construction contracts EPC/EPCI/EPCIC, charter and operating agreements involving maritime rigs and FPSOs.

Daniela graduated in law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro. She also attended the San Pablo Centro Educational Universitario - CEU of the Universidad Complutense in Madrid, Spain and has an MBA degree in economy and corporations law from the Postgraduate School of Economy of Fundação Getúlio Vargas, as well as an MBA degree in petroleum business from COPPE Engineering School of the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro - UFRJ. Daniela is a member of the Brazilian Petroleum Institute - IBP and of the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators AIPN.
Daniela is fluent in Portuguese, English, Spanish and French.
